TAFP Heart of Texas Chapter

The Heart of Texas Chapter of the TAFP is committed to serving members living and working in our twelve-county service area. Our chapter works to increase access to healthcare and promote the health and well-being of our community through our grant program, CME opportunities, and the creative involvement of our Central Texas family physicians.
